This is a gift for Shaggy Griffon.
She is a very talented cosplayer and artist. I recommend you to watch her nice costumes!

So, I don't really know how it comes that I upload this right now because I am even in a lot of work for my exams(so I am am sorry that I haven't answered on your new submissions and comments, friends). But I have to say Yeah about the result of this. I have never made an big art with so much effects and also a background yet.
The funny thing is that I made the pic last weekend and shortly before I wanted to begin with the background my PC had a crash (and I had forgot to save).
So I had to do it one more time right from the beginning. And I really thought at first that it would never look as good as the first pic...but now I am really happy that I kept moving forward (I just couldn't think about anything else as the first one was gone^^).

Aww! The idea was just sweet I thought. Shaggy has a plush Raichu which just is way cute and I saw a photo where she put Raichu her hat on. I liked that photo and so I drew her Raichu and Totodile(could be Jimmy maybe). Hahaha! Look how he is getting a read head whil pumping up the heart balloon for Shaggy's Raichu. Seems like he has a big crush on her

The background was also a big new thing for me. I read some tutorials for wallpapers and I am really amazed how nice all the effects turned out. I did the wallpaper with some blur effects and forms. Also the mirror effect and the shadows...I am very happy that I learned a bit with PS.

The most special about this pic is that it is also my first art with a graphic tablet(Yeah, I love my Bamboo Fun).
